Don't forget Elemental - there's 2 live sets on streamizm (one from Platform 1) which are really good.
Hmm....

Sound man, I'll have a swatch later tonight.

Boxcutters live set in Glasgow was quite good as well, although wasnt too sure about the live bass, cool concept but thought it needed work.

Saw Boxcutter doing a laptop set down here and it was really good - yeah I think live instruments might be a bit more difficult to incorporate

The sound was the apparent reason for it not sounding, "as good as it should have done", the live set he performed without the bass was cracking and massive respect for pushing the boundries adn tryign new things....like I said, excellent concept just needed some work I reckon.

yeah they definitely didnt have enough subs which wis a shame. Plus it wasn't his bass guitar either maybe that made a difference. I reckon he could have pulled it off. But yeah it was an excellent set anyway, especially at the end when he got his laptop goin again

Yea I forgot about that as well, makes all the difference having your own instrument, especially a bass.

Having played bass in the past, one does not sound or feel exactly like another.
