boomkat/baked goods used to get dissed for constantly gushing reviews. in fact some people on this thread are still dissing them for that. others are dissing them for being critical. all i know is the first time i visited that shop some time in the mid to late nineties in afflecks palace in manc city centre it blew my mind and i've been buying stuff from them in their various guises ever since both as a record shop employee and consumer.
i don't always agree with what they say, but then isn't that what fucking soundclips, your own brain and having the whole of the rest of the internet as a resource is for?

Wouldn't mind having a go on that drumset though....bet his snares have some beautifully soggy reverb!

I hate that about Boomkat. They're slow on processing purchases, and even slower on updating the site to reflect what's in stock. RedEye doesn't have this problem at all.

Maybe or maybe not, but the next release has snares that are somewhere between Queensryche and Dream Theatre. Rock on!
Bring it on, Boomkat! I've got my rockers spiked belt so prepare for lashings!
