Just got a new computer, installing reason... have the files on the computer, no cd's involved. It installed fine but when i went to run it it said i needed to put the reason dvd in the drive.
I know i need to do something like burn some files to a cd and put that in, but not sure what files i need to put on each cd to make em work propa? What do i do to get around this? safe for any help that is given.

you most likely need a disc image emulator.
if you have a PC, download and use, PowerISO.
if you have a Mac, download and use, Toast Titainium.
i'm willing to bet you have a PC, and the cd software is separated into .bin and .cue files. so you need to bring the .bin files into the disc image emulator of your choice, then it will open the installation of that reason disc.

The problem is i dont have the .bin or .cue files.
Just the installation files + sound banks as files.
Maybe i need to make these into an image then burn them, but what files do i put onto the cd because i remember on reason 3, you had to have certain files on the cd so it was the right size or it would realise what you were doing and lock u off like some tnuc.

What a prick.struggles wrote:Thats almost as funny as your attempts to make music.
That's a shame. I was hoping you had buggered up your system...struggles wrote:its all sorted now. so dont need to waste your time trying to create a funny response to try and look like your a big man.
Oh, and it's "You're a big man", not "your a big man". Had you been able to know the difference, you'd probably be in employment and thus be able to purchase the aforementioned software, instead of stealing it like a filthy gypo.
