I reckon dere is something in that coz my mate PHASE ONE is a graf artist wiv that crew DDS (u heard of them?) and he knows Banksy cos Banksy linked up with DDS through some Bristol graf crew. I know that Bansky is linked with this Brizzle graf crew - cant remember there name - cos my Dad comes from Bristol and used to be a rave DJ back in the day and knows bare producers and graf writers down them ends.
Anyways Phase One says Banksy is well into his Dubstep and produces bare tracks - but released dem under a different name cos he dont want his Banksy persona to get mixed up with music styles.
Maybe he is Burial cos Burial is bare enigma innit.

I think the smugness is misinterpreted; from knowing the people involved in making Buffalo actually turn up it was all a big effort to take being a stupid troll on a forum to whole new levels. Buffalo deserves massive respect for having the balls to do it!
If anyone there actually believed you guys thought he was serious then they'll get ripped hard for it for a long time. That's how things go over there. It's completely non-serious, for better and worse.

In his day my Dad was a rave DJ and he was just as big a name Grooverider, Fabio or DJ Hype. He knows it and I believe him.

My dad is EASYGROOVE.
Go look him up, he was big in the scene in 90-96ish. Circus Warp DJ, New Age Traveller system from way back when.
I grew up on site bruv - my mum is a traveller and the daughter of horse drawn gypsies. I aint see my Dad for time - like, 11 years - cos he hit the pipe, but ask any old skool peeps about Dennis Easygroove. They know.

Oh yeah and I calll myself Bottrop cos I remember my dad playing this tune Bottrop when I was like 5 or something and I used to dance round the bus i was living on wiv my mum.
Anyway I got to chat to my Dad the other night for the first time in time and he was saying dubstep is well good and then he tells me about Banksy being Burial and he knows Banksy anyways.
Still, going down to see him In Feb - first time in years. Well looking foward to it. He's gonna give me some of his records and he's gonna introduce me to Burial.
