I really would like to see a movie of "three stigmatas of palmer eldritch" or "Ubik".
Yeah and Lynch should make "Ubik" and Cronenberg takes onto eldritch.
That would be sweet.

I always felt most of his other books (well... the ones I read anyway) were pretty trashy, just written to pay the rent.

Scanner Darkly was a bit more personal, and was probably the last good thing he wrote before he went mental.
