yeah, good point ... from what I gather you had good listening figures compared with the rest of the 'In new DJ's we trust' ...so I'm as confused as you.

I recorded about 15 of your shows !!! .. I should upload a big file of em all.

We left on very good terms but they have overlooked me for pretty much anything dubstep related ever since I left - strange considering I was their resident dubstep and grime DJ for 18 months.

I don't know if its a coincidence I wasn't involved in, mentioned in or even consulted for this doc, nor do i feature in the photo gallery thing on their web page.

Maybe I'm reading into it too much, its only cos its the BBC that I find it strange - if any independent company were to make a doc on the scene without mention i wouldn't be questioning at all.

Yeah that is weird. You'd think they'd want you to talk about the scene's links with grime etc.

Only caught the last 10 or so minutes...going to listen back in a bit. What I heard sounded interesting. A couple of comments by Pinch (about issues surrounding commercialisation) and Loefah (about people feeling they own part of the scene) particulary stood out.

Looking forward to giving it a proper sit-down, cup of tea listen in a bit...

Me and Darkside were on the way to pickup Ikonika and Optimum for radio and listened to this in the car for a while!!

Very well put together and I am glad the BBC are finally onto something like this. We didnt manage to hear the whole thing but from what we did hear it sounded brilliant.

Cant wait to hear the full thing when I am slightly less tired ;)

as a way to show the interest in this documentary, it's important that we show how many listeners are hitting the link.

please, no yousendit or mp3 links in this thread for another week or so. hit the bbc links for playback. thanks!
