Bagged some seats to the premier of this in Manchester, going to be great to see all the areas of Manchester i know, in a different light. Might never visit a few people after seeing it mind....

Saw this when it was on television, it's the Donal McIntyre doc about Noonan?

I've not seen Bad Guy yet, looking at Imdb it looks like i've got a few more to track down as well.

the earlier films definitely aren't quite up to the same standard as the more recent ones.

yeah it's "Beat" Takeshi Kitano - the renaissance man of japanese culture - comedian, actor, writer, director, painter, sports commentator (?!)

Kitano is a legend. He's basically a one-man entertainment industry. His version of Zatoichi from a few years back is one of my favourite movies of all time.
