Big up to every1 who was there in the dance feelin it, I know I was!
Wasn't expecting Pokes and Mala to show up to this one, so made a bit of a fool of myself to Pokes when they did. After hearing Mala's set at Subdub I was expecting big things and he did not disappoint, his set was fuckin awesome, even better than at Subdub, mainly because people wheren't puttinh their hands all over thd dubs and asking for reloads every 2 seconds. His sets always seem to be just right, moderation, not too much madness, not too much minimalist tings, just tunes all set through. Because of this I ended up having to dance me frickin socks off for the whole set and ended up wet through, HEAVY!
Also big up to Benga cause his set was large too but I didn't have any energy left to give for him tbh.
On the way home from the club I listened to Chef b2b L.D w/ Beezy and that was heavy too, beezy lyrics are dark, so big up to him for being a grim muthafucker! Also big up Chef and L.D for killer tunes everytime. And finally big up the man who made podcasts for making it all possible.
Seperate thread about Chef b2b L.D. w/ Beezy
Peace!
Tuesday Club Sheffield 12/02/08 - Big Up Every1 Involved
Yeah mate. Fooking sick night. Mala smashed it.
But for me Benga played the best set of the night, playing stonker after stonker, and clearly really enjoying it. That t-shirt he had on was absolutely sick, defo gona have to get one when they come out. Tune of the night for me was when Benga played Simple City, that drop took the bloody roof off.
Good to see more and more people in Sheffield really liking dubstep, was well busy last night. Can't wait for Caspa and Rusko now, and Magnetic Man with Skream and Benga in March.
Big up John who i met last night, meant to go and chat to the c90 lads but i see Rich about uni all the time so will go and say hello sometime. Big up the tuesday club!
