a friend from work just got one, and as everyone's been talking about, it is very much like snowboarding. highly highly recommended. too much fun actually. you can turn practically on a dime and it responds exactly like a twin tip snowboard. stopping is a bit hard to get used to, as there's 7 wheels instead of 2. i nearly banged myself up hard.lol

I've seen those. I've had students use them in the parking lot. They fucking love it.

I haven't jumped on yet. Really want to tho being a snowboarder and ex-skater..

Nice! I've been trying to get my hands on one of those... I'd probably bang myself up like crazy on that though...

it's a bit hairy on the first few turns but you get it quite fast. trying to stop is totally different problem though. lol. you can't really do a grind stop like on a skateboard because the wheels make a circle. i can imagine some bad roadrash must happen in the first few days on it.

Ive been on one of those... they are def dope, but seemed like it was too heavy, like for sure not for transport use. It was sick though, the turning on it is unreal...

I used to work at a dope skate/surf/snow shop here in the valley and we sold those and these -

which are sick, but kinda had the same problem with weight. I think the T-board felt a little closer to snow than the flowboard, but they were both sick as hell.
