innocence, pineapple, coconut and banana..... i have been feeling for the flavour all week, been having to settle for ginger, beatroot and ginger.. it is quite nice.. very nice in fact.

sounds bare good, i was well into making smoothies for breakfast last year (well nathan barley i know), and they are pretty good, you can get like 4 different fruits in one glass

i have discovered that i can no longer swim... but what ever i was attempting to do has left me feeling righteous... definitely going to go a few more times this week, force my body into submission and get those muscle working that i do not usually use.

funni though, my first venture in 5 years into the facilities provided by my community and i saw a girl i used to hang around with when i was 16 and my 8th grade art teacher. Anyways now i am of to Uni.
