I think this is good music:

Stephan Bodzin - (Anything off Liebe Ist... album)
Paul Kalkbrenner - Since 77 and Altes Kamuffel are really nice.
Ame - Rej (obviously)
Jussi Pekka - The Line in Between
Pantha du Prince - Any album really, but Eisregen is a c*nting tune
My My - Fast Freeze
Moonbeam - Sunshine (Not minimal strictly)
Canvas - The Cat (10 minute EPIC)
Amsterdam Assholes - Boormachine (Another 10 minute Epic)

Well.... I hope someone gets SOME enjoyment out of this list
