Well it appears that fruity loops is quite popular among dubstep artists! How that is, is beyond me! But as I've said many times before it's not the tools that count it's how you use them! Personally as an engineer I use many different sequencers on different projects, when recording bands, pro tools is the tool of choice, when mixing bands logic and for my own productions cubase and sometimes I'll rewire reason. As for plugins, I use all the waves plugs as they are faultless! For reverb I recommend altiverb5, it just sounds amazing! My current synth of choice is fabfilter' twin, it's very versatile!
It moves you!

We all use totally different software, hardware and plugins and all disagree with each other.

The best thing is to find out what everybody is using, then use something completely different.
