Toasty Boy - As one...ever see the light of day?
Did this track ever get a release or is it sitting with most of toasty's amazing tracks?
Would love to get a copy....

Which version do you mean? As far as I know there's two mixes, one by Toasty and another he did with S&D (although I might be wrong).
Neither came out anyway. I thought Toasty was gonna release some of his older tunes but the last I heard that's not happening yet. There's a 12" some time soon on Destructive, and Dreamweavers on Storming later this Summer too.

Haha! That old chessnut. Ok..
Basically, 'As One' was a track Toasty did origionally, which he sent to us, and we did a little refix to it (cos to be honest, the tune was Bloody heavy antway, so we didnt want to change the vibe too much), so there are 2 versions now, Toasty's origional has a harder and more minimal edge to it, our version has got more breaks in it(surprise surprise eh? lol), as for whether this will be released, you'll have to keep em peeled, we're working on it.
Watch out for a Toasty Boy 12" coming within the next month or two.... tba, hehe.
Detox is forthcoming on Storming Productios V v v soon, and hopefully Dawning will be coming on a new Label we're working on called MANDRAX RECORDINGS, as well as a lot of other tracks that should be released, watch this space, got a lot coming this year, trust me.
Reeespek!

Ha ha, do it mate, I need constant hassle to get anything done trust me.UFO over easy wrote:big up thinking... I'm gonna keep going on at you to record another studio mix till you do it though![]()
Thing is, I'm defecting from the CDJ camp and cutting dubplates (mainly cos I don't have a CDJ any more), so I just have a few more pieces to cut before I'm ready - hence the long delay. Tracklist is gonna be serious tho, lookout!
you get me, if i cud every tune in my set would be by toasty boyThinKing wrote:Lol, don't watch the waste mixing in the first half hour - I got pretty pished waiting for Skream & Yunx to finish their sets, took me a little while to sober up ha ha.threnody wrote:Wicked ThinKing. I'll d/l the mix now. Cheers
Nuff Toasty on that set tho, nearly every 3rd tune...
