Best way to make it better - finish it. Sounds really clear, nice to hear something that's not half-step, good bounce to this, the tablas sound busy but they add energy rather than clutter as it's not in half-time. Edits are good, keeps your interest and doesn't just go for the repetition and headnodding vibe, think this'd work well in a club (not just a dubstep club).
Maybe dirty the bass and beats up a bit as it sounds a bit too clinical, but apart from that sounds really good. Oh, and not too sure about the "real" drum fill, seemed a bit forced and out of place
Hmm....

great tune, wicked production on drums and percs, very crisp sound overall, possibly a bit too clean and not enough.... dirt/grime/street for some of da headz.
also the bline sounds great, but could use some variation (more diff. parts). i was also expecting a big lead bass drop or something after the quiet part @ 2:17 or so... might be nice. the acoustic drumfill could deffo use some distortion or aggro tube compression or some such...
great work, can't wait to hear the finished track.

sweet tune! agree the bass needs to be a bit dirtier / louder. maybe put it on the sidechain of the main compressor to punch it out a bit when yr mastering? (if you on reason 3) worth a try... might be talking shit though
