some reason im completely overwhelmed and having some kind of mental breakdown. the cause? NO CLUE....i keep freaking out over nothing. couldnt get my internet to work so i flung my phone at a wall screamed a bit...was almost about to throw the computer......thats just half of it.

i need to seriously get away from life right now or find some xanax or something. i fucking hate everything.

I had that last night... figured out it was the Sudafed I took for my allergies. I had a prescription strength one I took and as soon as it kicked in I wanted to kill everything and everyone.

Just remember, breathe, relax, it will all be ok...
