Dubstep & Bruce Forsyth

Post by plastician » Wed Mar 12, 2008 6:32 pm

OK I've seen a few things in my time.... I've travelled the world playing dubstep and grime to the masses since way back in 2003, when the days of playing 138 Trek to a half empty room of DNB heads in Vienna purely for my expenses made me feel warm inside, and made me realise this was where I wanted to be.

Along the years more defining moments in my life and my career have made me realise I made the right decision.

Playing the first DMZ, then witnessing the scenes at the 1st birthday, only to close the night on their second and third birthday bashes make you realise how lucky you are to be a part of this scene....

Playing at FWD to a half full room of industry heads on a Thursday night once a month, right up to now, playing at FWD to packed out venues in excess of 1000 attendees on frequent occasions make you realise how lucky you are to be a part of this scene....

Playing in Cardiff before Andy C to a responsive crowd on a Thursday night, only to then be invited to a house party afterwards - where THIS HAPPENED....

Best tattoo I've ever seen. I'm not joking.

Valid point about Jimmy Hill though.
