Yeah, I'm feelin this one. Saw some guy at a rave the other day who looked like he was fixing a really small electrical appliance. He was hardly moving at all really but looked sick still. Man had attitude.

An recognizable, adolescent stage of expressing self freely which requires others to conform. Wait till you REALLY loosen up and feel that no one dominates, no one is imposing themselves and bass honey abounds.

personally if you got the space i reckon best bet is just to be as stupid as possible with your dancing, myself and two others made great use of some dancefloor space last night to exercise such great moves as "the crap people", "stacking the shelves" and "lost in the woods with bewildered stare"

all about the SE9 shoulder-hunched head-down salsa-shuffle while holding your upturned collar with both hands (occasional gun-fingers optional)
works well with a ben sherman shirt and a greasy french crop...

Incidentally, last night I ended up at a rock club for a mate's birthday. It confirmed my suspicions - indie kids can't dance!!

...Or more accurately, most don't try. They stand there in circles pouting, or occasionally shuffle. I've learned to dance to anything with a rhythm, so was an ALIEN to these people. Methinks skinny jeans are cutting off the circulation to their brain.

lol i was an indie kid. til i reached about 13 and realised that all guitar music after about 2000 was pretty shite [on finding about 300 vynils by the who/jimi hendrix/bob dylan in my garage].

dubstep and dancing is not a problem first time i really experienced it was in a tiny club, skream was playing, i was nearly sober and i danced so much tht i could hardly walk the next day!

this is silly....I have seen 6BLOCC play to a party called "Hardcore Junglizm" in Ghent......I didnt think it was going to go over well because the crowd was there for hard jungle. He SLAYED DEM!!!! Had people jumping off the damn roof his whole set. Its all about your selection and energy. Dstep can run or ruin any dance. Its up to the selektas to keep it moving...

c) you're only supposed to stand there and stroke ya chin
