I thought it was Thunder Ridge? The End was always famous for this, no? Plastic People has F1 tho (as does Custard Factory in B'ham) and it's obviously sick.

Bingo. Not a massive fan of Thunder Ridge, even though they are (were) Bristolians.

That said, the system in the End is pretty damn good, provided you wear earplugs to take the edge off. I remember going to some old DnB parties (Hardware 3rd B'day party anyone?) where it was sounding pretty damn firin.

yeah last time i went to the end was renegade hardware about 2/3 years ago... and it was most definitely

def need to remember the earplugs!!

That grime launch party was quality. No one knew how to dance for the first hour and a half then everyone just seemed to try their own thing! If you stood on the stairs and looked down the dancefloor looked like a perpertual car crash...very fresh after dnb's syncronised 'nodding dog' crowds.
