low latency sound card

hi,
i want a cheap asio enabled and low latency sound card .can any body suggest me.actually i want to work on sony acid pro.and i have 1.6ghz processer ,40gb hd,1gb ddr2 ram and which sound card should i have.plz reply me i am in great need..........

Other people seem to like the m-audio audiophile 24/96.I just bought the fast track usb, very cheap and ok quality for what I do with it.

Getting low latencies is also related to how fast your computer is, and how much you are asking it to do.
While you are making your mind up, why not try asio4all for your built in souncard, I get the same latency with that as I do with my fast track (but lower quality sound)
