What should i check out in Newcastle and Manc?

hey, i'm heading to newcastle for the weekend beginning Fri 28th March and manchester for the weekend of Fri 11th April. any dubstep/good nights i should be lookin out for? never been to either city before.

come to heavy weight 12th april in newcastle, my birthday bash, myself, funk ethics and perhaps jack sparrow + others will be playing in a bar gettin messy
