Black Bomber, my favourite chedddar - get to know: http://www.churchmousecheeses.com/index ... &id_ctg=20
Tasty Lancashire

and some Lancashire Goat's Cheese (not really pungent, but not bland, a really nice mild yet tasty, creamy cheese)

One day i will track down some, the Holy Grail of Cheeses as far as im concerned.

At the moment im really enjoying Stichelton. A cheese made how Stilton should be made, but due to some ridiculous E.U wrangling it isn't allowed to bare the name. It is made from unpasteurised milk, as is the case with all the worlds finest Cheeses. Plus it's made in Nottingham which adds to it's greatness.
Only two places in the world sell it. Can be bought at the farm shop in Notts or at Neals Yard Dairy in that there London Village.

If you like that, try some called 'Blacksticks'. Only made up here, first red blue cheese if that makes sense, Jamie Oliver creams over it !
