Recommend vocal garage

As the subject says please.

I'm particularly looking forward to sexy, "slinky" stuff.

Wouldn't generally class todd as "vocal" Garage. Sure, he's done a few original vocal tunes with Damon Trueitt, remixed a fair few others, but his style comprises more of vocal sampling.. chopped up and placed all over the damn gaff!

You get all sorts of vocal garage anyway. Personally, I love my Tuff Jam/Booker T style vocal stuff - nice and chunky 4x4 beats, jazzy chords, piano's and organs, with soulful and not too cheesy "diva style" vocals, sometimes male vocals too. Loads of similar other artists making this kind of stuff too.

Two-step vocal stuff tends to be more cheesier and post-2000.. obvious anthems that come to mind are "Sorry", "Flowers", "Sometimes It Snows In April" and what have you. But you also get some proper sick and totally non-cheesy two-step bits! Check out some of Sunship's original bits on his "Is This Real?" album, as well as loads of his remixes.. Club Asylum, Artful Dodger and Wookie also made some nice vocal two-step.

And of course.. MJ Cole. Absolute legend, musical genius through and through. Check out both his albums, lots of vocals bits on and some incredibly melodic tunes. Remixes and original bits, with artists such as Elizabeth Troy, Guy S'Mone, Jill Scott, Fallacy, Rodney P.. the list goes on.

Let me know if you need any more suggestions.
