when i did telemarketing in my hometown, there was a lady in the phonebook named "brownie pagan". in the phone book of course, it's last name first, hence: "pagan brownie". i always loved that name. even named a mixtape "pagan brownie" years later.

my other favorite name from the phone days was: "sparkle figlio". she wasn't very sparkly tho. :/

We had a firm at work called Arscotts, which is of course pronounced Urscotts, no matter how many times I say "sorry, what....oh you mean ARSE COTS"

There's also a firm of solicitors called Brooker Grindrod which makes me chortle somewhat.
Hmm....

i worked at a publisher for a bit, and i had to call a guy named "Donald Assmann". Honestly i was scared - what do you call him? Assmann?

i called and asked for him and he said "its pronounced Ossmann"

whatever ass-man.

also called a Michael Jackson once.
