ouch
didn't mean to bust out the hated "hella"
the other cali/west coast term i hate is "grip"
as in: "yo kid, i got a grip of 40's. it's gonna be hella tight"

I've tried to use bare in conversations a few times and whenever I have I've inwardly shrivelled up into a little ball and screamed.

"There are a lot of children here"

=

"I'm surrounded by bare youts"

Someone call the police.

I'm a huge fan of "Chopping" instead of "selling" and "What are you sayin?" instead of "what's up."

I thought "What are you sayin'?" was a well known inquiry into the current status of a person and their activities, but BARE americans be like "What the hell does that mean?" or their trademark "HUH?" to which i just respond "Whats up"
