its a ticket exchange service and yes it is reliable...if you want to be paying 240 quid for a bestival ticket...

Got my ticket - booked week holiday eitherside .
First festival in 3 years

i've decided i need to go, tickets on ebay aren't too bad and i reckon i can get one for £10-£20 over face if i'm patient

on the bestival site tho it says tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be sold on, is this just to scare off touts or will people be checking names on tickets and id etc?

I think it's just to scare off touts, my tickets came through the other day and i don't think they have your name on or anything.
