2006 and 2007 UK beatbox champion Beardyman and 2007 UK DMC Champion JFB have been turning rooms of fresh-smelling, stationary punters into rooms of sweaty, dancing punters for a total of about 9 years, and for the first time they are bringing the benefit of their experience to bear on their first official joint venture, BATTLEJAM

The format is simple. Every month, a guest musician from the vast pool of brighton talent joins them for a marathon 4 hour jam which involves live sampling of both guest musician and beatbox-vocalnutter beardyman by the excessively sick scratch-technician JFB. When their feeling particularly lairy they sample the crowd either en-mass or individually and make a tune out of it - live, by scratching it and manipulating it in before your very ears. No-one knows what's going to happen until it does at battlejam, not even the performers themsleves.

just get your instructor to finish your lesson in leicester, sorted. either that or hijack the vehicle and drive there yourself (avoiding hill starts en route)
