thought it sucked pretty hard tbh..

was full of macho men and pill heads, and pretty much every set I saw bar Mala was a crowd pleasing jump up shenaigan.

kept getting bumped into and moshed on, If I wanted to see Earth Crisis, i'd see Earth Crisis..

:? fraid i disagree, thought the crowd was pretty good everywhere i went, met some really nice people, got on the stage and brocked out. mala's set was BIG, his penultimate tune was just so deep. skreams set was slightly spoilt by a few meatheads trying to decide how to dance properly and the geezer who was obviously about to die of a heat stroke (idiot was wearing a leather jacket zipped up). The guy couldnt even stand up straight!!!

Big ups to crazy d, spam chop, pinch, benga, alex perez and dollop, who played some seriously dark bass heavy electro in stealth.

Had a sick night! waaay too hot man, sweat dripping off the roof  Hobbs suprised me with some immense riddims, What was that Buju Banton Champion tune? Skream was sick too. Dubstep room reigned all night, Manuva was a let down but MK was on point! went up to Scratch Perverts for a bit and they were jus droppin Ruskos anyway lol.

i think that sweat dripping off the roof was the air con leaking you know!!!

who played before benga? he dropped some big grime actually

I just felt a bit disappoted with the lack of any sorta sexy vibes in the music, there wasnt much groove going down, compared to say a lot of the stuff coming out right now which is shuffly and funky, was a bit BUM... TISH... BUM.. TISH all night if that makes any sense!!

what was pinch sayin anyway? went off skrewfaced before his set :(

It was very banger orientated but what do you expect from a huge DNB dominated rave? Most of the people in there were off their heads.

I was too tired from Futureproof really but had quite a good night. Rustie was good, system was rubbish though. Couldn't even be bothered to try and get in to see RZA, was too rammed. Went into the DNB room for about five minutes.

Mala was quite good, was all about Pinch though really. First half especially up until 'Epileptic RMX' was deep but energetic, best I've heard Pinch play I think.

Quality night, mary-anne smashed it. evryone smashed it. was skanking hard to Pinch and Skream.

WAY to hot most of the time tho, i was dripping with sweat head to toe soaked. The air con didnt come on till about 5! Had to cool off outside for a bit and my mate left early cause was feelin ill, was there on my own from 3 onwards but met some really sound ppl.

Mad vibes tho, no1 moody, everyone bouncin around, what a rave is all about.

Class night...   (more please!)

Was very dissapointed..

Rust's set was good at the start when I got there.

Benga's set was kind of normal

Mala's set was a slight dissapointment. Although it was the best of the night. I was hoping he'd drop some of the more musical beats, but it was still a decent set. Definitley different from the kind of set I've heard him play at DMZ though.

I only caught the last half of Pinch's set but I expected to hear minimal deepness and heard tunes that the other DJ's had already played. Maybe because I came in late.

Mary Anne Hobbes... I just got to say this and I apologize. But when you can't mix it really deads the vibe. Your charisma almost made up for it, but even that couldn't overcome the never ending flow of unmixed rusko type tunes. Some good tunes though, but get practicing! You're sets would be much better if you could mix.

Left half way through skream. The heat was too much.

RZA was big. Was amazing to hear lots of those old Wu beats. Would of been better if the system was louder.

Overall I was dissapointed. I paid 4 quid the night before at Futureproof and had a much better night. Maybe Spamchop managed to resurrect the vibe during his set, but I was just too tired and bored of hearing the same thing for 5 hours.

Hope everyone had a good time still..

One thing that made up for it though -

Some serious peng girls in there + Red bulls were only 2 quid.

Yeah towards the end of the set it became a bit more straight forward. I know I'm probably in the minority, especially at a huge pilly rave, but I'd love to see Pinch do a whole hour of deepness. To be fair though, if you saw the whole set the bangers towards the end were well built up to. I have heard 3kout/Gullybrook mashup tune about 200 times too many now though.

Personally had a good night on the whole. The heat issue was unsafe and someone should have done something. The crowd were heavy at times, but the pilled up tops off gang throwing weight around just isnt good for any vibe or any night. I was at the front for a lot of it, best set was pinch, but mala smacked it. Rust threw in some big mixes, best ive seen him for a while. MAH played some massive tunes, big up for representing Kidnappe -Champion dub went offl and got a well deserved reload. Benga and Skream were good, but a mixture of jumpy needle problems, due to the tabel i believe, heat, and moshing (not vibing) crowd killed it for me. Caught some Dj Derek which was heavy, highness bringing the roots hands down. I dont believe £26 was a fair price as i think it was way to overcrowded so some one was cashing in. Finally Pinch hit hard with that perverlist tune i think its called murderah? was so massive, and then victim support was serious :o but big up Rust each and every, dropping that dizzee rascal tune at the end :o

I can't see any of these "bare aggy vibes"..

Everything posted here has been more or less totally reasonable and correct.

:? ok not aggy just a little worrying... i really got good vibes off the crowd in general and thats the first time in a couple of weeks ive got on with people without feeling like im gunna get mugged or something. It was fun, know what i mean, lots of silly tunes. I love the deep vibes but sometimes youve gotta just leave the seriousness behind you and get a bit silly...
