Goth Trad @ DMZ

Post by richm » Wed May 07, 2008 1:38 pm

First post - just a quick shout to Goth Trad for the set a DMZ last week.

One of the best sets I've heard, regardless of genre.

Would love to hear the/a similar recording.

Everybody, go see him.

Been to all the DMZs with him playing. He absolutely kills it...no wonder DMZ have brought him back.

Who heard the 'Sandsnake' remix? Thoughts? (I'm pretty sure it was that, I was kinda in my own zone at that point).

I saw him in Tokyo with a live drummer (full kit) doing the beats so : P

It totally fucking WORKED

He was doing live dub fx off the snare and shit

Technically flawless

Sounded fat

And the drummer (apologies I failed to memorize his name) was tasteful as fuck, flawless performance, solid with style

: P

yeah it was sick - a nice surprise when it dropped - saw cluekid go nuts when he heard it as well.
