ok peeps, UR drexciya etc it is...
trouble is i sold me rare S.I.D. stuff when i was broke a few years back so it may just be big tunes and classics - hope thats ok!
Oh, lucky you! did ya walk into the Submerge building to buy them or you were lucky enough to get them on eBay at a reasonable price? when I was a kid I started saving for a trip to Detroit, mostly just to buy these S.I.D. records haha it never happened of course...
must have hurt to get rid of em!
hah, not really down with the bunker sound fre, ive got some legowelt but not really heard much else
who are the ones to check out? and isnt the early the vinyl hard to get these days?
wasnt I-F part of that whole crew, unit moebius etc? is that stuff worth checkin?
Yup, if I'm not mistaken Sulphur from Unit Moebius is the owner of Bunker, while I-F owns Viewlexx and used to run the CBS, so I guess they are related to most of The Hague's output.
I used to love this stuff, but in the last few years it's been harder to find things I like. Personally I'm not into most Legowelt's music but his aka's (Polarius/Smackos, mainly) are always interesting. Anyways, must-check names on this should be Bangkok Impact, Alden Tyrell, Beta Evers, Orgue Electronique, or mostly anything released on Creme Organization or Kommando6
Yeah, good stuff this, I guess they really are the paralell of UR in Europe
Big up Appleblim, both podcasts are a big display of wide music knowledge
