GLR / GLO had it pretty good. I dont' listen to much of it these days, last stuff i was really into were the Nookie releases 4 or 5 years ago - beautiful plates, and the Makoto - Your Soul 12". Its the depth i like, rather than pedestrian liquid funk type stuff, which you can hear anywhere.
Those first 3 Logical Progression comps... wow. Moving music, totally. Showed the possibilities of electronic music, ya know? Standards were set.

LOTS to say here.

Old news for some i'm sure, but it amazes me how much essential or important dnb is posted on youtube. Seriously. Its like a re-education of tunes you first heard, then tunes you haven't heard. Its great. Time capsule.
For example, tracks from Logical Progression Level 1, and the earliest GLR stuff for peeps who haven't heard them in years:

Peeps have posted entire Alaska back catalogues to listen too, really rare stuff. Ed Rush's earliest trax on No-U-Turn... Makes me want to start collecting again.
Happy listening.
