Not too sure myself. A homeboy of mine send thing over. I run FL8 so, I got nuff slicing tools.

Recycle and Zero X beatslicer are pretty phat too.

Doesn't Cubase have some kind of Hitpoints function?
I'm a Logic head myself so can't go into more detail but check:

I think once you've set the hitpoints there is a way to rearrange the slices...
