its dope, doubt i could ever do it myself. i saw a ton of it in the trailer for the new james bond thing.

my favorite video is the old speed air man, but i havent been keeping up with it...

warning: ocassionally corny posing and music, but probably the most incredible running-up-a-building video you'll ever see..

I tried this once after the pub shut with some mates who were well into it- problems arose when I put my foot through a huge plate glass window :oops: :lol:

Doubt i could do it but it looks heavy...

A mate of mine linked up with a crew in Nottingham that were doing it...

He cracked me up cos he said he went down our local park to practice his rolls and try out some moves.. i bet he got some strange looks from the chavs and grannies.. lol

I got into parkour for a bit, great fun, just a good excuse to run around like 12 year olds again. Safe as fuck!

I managed to get down wallflips at one point 0.0
