yea it was good actually. Like the selection as well obviously. TRG was pretty bo on Friday night as well at the end. No badness in that set. As well as Martyn.

Yea oneman and braiden are both good DJs as well forgot to mention them- nice to know there are some 'DJs' in the scene and to see that some people concentrate on that aspect over production- I'm sick of glorified jukeboxes in any genre. :x

Maybe I'm just too passionate about it but it annoys me when people dismiss a DJ or constantly bug him to play something else, especially in dance music scenes. Not to say I'm against requests but people tend to dismiss DJing as it is less of a visual art unless you know what they are doing. In dance music especially, a DJ has (or should have) as much to think about as someone playing guitar etc- it is as much of a performance and skill after all. and it's not like people constantly bug a band to play certain song in next genre while they are trying to perform.

soo true. only the other day some bloke came over to me mid mix chattin bout how he was some music agent (sunglasses in the club blatant prick) waving his hands literally an inch away from the needle. when i told him i'd chat to him when i was done, he asked me if i could play any dj shadow, i explained i was playin a dubstep/2step set, his response was to ask me if i had any pendulum :B:

I use a revolutionary style of mixing.

It's called sloppy use of the crossfaderrrr.

It's so fun.
