Myself, I hate the 55 rewinds-a-night school of mixing... No one plays that many tunes worth of a rewind, and when you do it for every anthem of the week, it cheapens the whole thing.

Get a metal bar, fix it about 5-6ft up between two solid walls. hold onto the bar with both hands a few inches apart, lift your legs off the ground and pull up.
