Yo people.

I've Been Workin ON da Beat Structure of sum Beat on and OFF for a While Now. I reckon its a pretty good Grimey beat, plently of hype once its finished. dont take notice of dat bassy synth, das just for the bars. vocal sample is jus 4 taggin if u like.
Im finkin
minimal rolling bass line
& some dark fx notes
make it catchy an simple
I been influenced by stuff like morgue, jammer - set it off, dcoy barbarian, raptor - war of the speakers,
I know it aint mixed or nuttin but ANY feedback would be kool.

Yeah man. I'm humourless. Caps lock isn't offensive tho. I just fink dat it was an uncalled for sarcastic attack. You may have been pissing about but it wasn't funny.
However since you apologised i'll be honest about your clip. It's a good start, nice beat, bass works will be interesting to see how it develops. But i still reckon people should just get on with tracks rather than posting everything up note by note. Have some confidence and get experiementing. Basic bass and drums are never going to sound amazing so why not hold onto stuff til you can wow people rather than introduce your tracks with a wimper?

Think you've got a point there steppa - did make this point on another thread - if you're expecting people to take the effort to listen to your tunes, at least make sure there's something there to listen to. Seem to have been a succession of folks putting out just a bassline and a riddim together and asking for feedback, and I think it's offputting to those giving the feedback if that's all they're presented with. Awaiting the day when someone posts, what do you reckon to my snare sound before all the reviewers give up completely.
In fairness to Fully though, he has put up more complete tunes in the past, and he's been on here as long as I have at least, so I don't begrudge him for this.
Hmm....

Checked the new version. It's 14 secs long! It sound muddier but it is impossible to tell anything else coz it fades out before 8 bars are over!!
Reminds me of the mighty boosh when Howard Moon hears that a publisher can tell whether a book will be a hit from one line...."FullyRecs I love your 8 bars, it is an EXEMPLARY 8 bars...it is an absoutle tour de force! Here is an 8 album deal"
Get an intro, an outro a breakdown and some variation as you go along and i'll take another less facetious listen. Looking forward to the developments.
