My old man's bit of a cycling nut, regularly does time trials and long rides

He's doing a three day cycle in September through Scotland

Start at Gretna Green and progress upwards

400 miles in three days

I'm gonna stick with the London to Southend cycle

which is coming up on 20th July

Is a pretty straight run

easy bruv..

this link should work and answers lots of useful questions...

yeah, i'll be doing it fixed... along with 4 or 5 others.

come along, it's so much fun! last year it pissed with rain all night and i thought i had hypothermia but it was still the best thing i did all summer.

PM me if u got any other queries.

would be so good to have a little SNH gang on the ride (although we'll probably all lose eachother somewhere outside essex.. :P 8)

I work in a bikeshop on Chiswick Highroad.... meaning I got my bike for half price :D

I cycle most places unless I know I'll get really messy, or I need to stay out all night..... CYCLING CREW, YOUR TIME!!!
