i got a warped copy of backwards by kode 9 , emailed em at least 3 times and.......nothing..

bloody hell!!! so many releases, and I dont get payed for two weeks, looks like I'm going to miss out on bare releases

most of these releases are finished copy promos, they'll prolly get a full press in the next month or so

We pride ourselves on the high level of our customer service, so will do everything within reason to sort out problems like this. As with most things in life, a phone call is more likely to get things resolved quicker than an email.
