Chemical Records all the way. By far the best online record store for dubstep. Their service is spot on, they get all the new stuff. Prices are good, delivert is only £2 odd any size order Recorded First Class and i allways get my tunes next day ALLWAYS!! Sept if royal mail are on strike. I have been using Chemical for the last 13 months and have nothing put praise from them. I must have spent well over £2000 with them :D . They have never delayed or fucked up any of my orders and all the above reasons is why i use Chemical 9 out of 10 times. There is other good shops too, but as long as you have Chemical you will not need them

I totally agree..Chemical Records are spot on...been ordering form them for nearly 5 years..started with 2 step when no one domestically in the us..(grooveriders-sherman oaks) is where I bought (drum and bass)..and didn't have 2 step when I start playing 2 step (dec 2003)...never had a f'd up order...they are spot on and prompt...i'm in cali..takes about 5 days to get an order..mad props...yes they are good.

im fairly new to vinyl but i always use chemical because there service is sick, and i like there layout, its easy to find new bits easily.

I'd say it depends on where you live.
I say Redeye & Chemical but that's an East Coast, U.S. bias.
A couple shops really bend you over when it comes to shipping across the pond but I'll leave them nameless. You should see how much vinyl is running over here, one shop had some singles as high as $13.00 a pop.
and EPs for $23.00

frequently listing items as "in stock" on their website, when in reality they aren't

taking far longer to ship everything

making fairly big mistakes such as forgetting to put records they have charged you for into the package =/

the people there are nice, and fairly helpful if you need to speak to them but they need to sort out issues such as those above

HA! You should see how much some places charge over here! Single sided promos for £7.99 from one place in particular, that's about $53.

And I agree with Luke on Boomkat, how they can manage to be so inept when everyone else is spot on really does beggar belief. They seem nice enough but they're more expensive, slower and less reliable than the competition in my experience (and that of several other folk on here it seems).

they also can't seem to pack their records in a way that stops them being warped, had about 4 VERY warped ones in my last package from them, the emphasis on it being the last package i'll get from them :|
