ez
'with yah here.
there's too much other better music out there. There are plenty of more deserving talented domestic artists and labels for me to warrant spending any time or $$ stocking my shelves with thier material. its seems cold but i'm not afraid to tell it like it is. They just have a good publicist.
Maybe if they called me personally and worked out some underground stuff with my shop, only then would i carry something from them. Also, if they posted some underground unreleased dubstep 320 mp3 on here
maybe I would play thier tunes in my sets.
Besides they are already successful enough without my support. I know all this seems cold.. i'm just not feeling thier material.

Pendulum sure knows how to provoke long ass threads. Funny I haven't noticed a DOA version of this. I am about to take a look.
My take... it was bound to happen eventually.
I haven't even listened to it yet. The way I would imagine what it would sound like is just as you all describe on here. Honestly I'd probably play some Pendu dubstep if it wasn't for that signature lead sound they always use.

almost, Pendulum are bad men is probably more acurate. Very, very bad

the music is even worse though.
I am acutally shocked by the amount of hate they have picked up in this thread, I cant help but feel most of it is due to their almost drum n bass popwobble techno efforts of days gone by rather than this actual tune, which while shite didnt rly offend too much I guess.
Pendulum, a bit like Scooter really, best left ignored

sounds like they've only ever heard two dubstep tunes ever and decided to make one themselves. as has been said already. the drums are a total rip of of night. the "bassline"/synth noises are totally comically bad.
goon - step.

I think it's pretty good.
It's got the pendulum sound, at 140 BPM.
Nothin' wrong with that...
It's 1 track, it's not gonna kill the genre.

Yeah sorry, wasn't thinking at the time.
If anybody agrees with me, Chase and Status are the best DrumNBass producers to attempt Dubstep.

I cant stand Pendulum, they are bandwagonjumpers. Would never buy a dubstep tune from them; must be crap.
But i still like Tarantula lol.

This contains every single cliche developed by opportunist partystep producers collated into one tune. What the fuck is that Rappers Delight cowbell rip off in the middle? At least dubstep's existing "gateway producers" occasionally appreciate the bottom end... this stuff is meant for radio.

Just don't buy it. That goes for all crap dubstep. Don't buy it. They will soon learn.
