From the looks of it, you wouldn't have all that stuff unless you'd been producing already.
Unless you bought it all and sat and looked at it and thought "Hmmmmm....."
If you haven't bought it yet, then yes, that'll be fine. As the old adage goes, it ain't what you got, it's what you do with it.

Seriously, YouTube everything you can think of. Drum programming, bassline writing, Cubase tutorials, Cubase introductions.....there's a lot of crap on there in terms of content, but you'll find some gems.
Also worth tapping the same thing into google and getting some good forum/blog links. Even if it's for a style of music you have no interest in. First track I made was via a trance tutorial somewhere. Sounded gash, but taught me a lot about drum layering, synths etc.
