nice sized bong + ice cold water + higher strentgh + 5-10 sec intake, 20-30 sec breath hold, exhale.... x 4 and your there

the trip will be as nice as you want it to be. any bad trips stem from your own mindstate. if theres a gut feeling your gonna have a bad experience, then it will find it's way into there and fuck with you.

i find that thats the same with any drug though, any sort of gut feeling that your not really on it..youll have a bad 1. well u knew that n e way

also important to remember it has its roots is shamanism and has been used for a very very long time.

its not a recrenational drug. if you use it as such you'll be disapointed one way or another. thats where most of us go wrong.

used correctly, in the right surroundings, it will show you 'things' deep inside your mind and add some clarity to your self and perspective...the images wont make much sense but the 'vibe' or lesson they're teaching is communicated simply by recognizing it's presented truths...aslong as you remember it.

done salvia a month or so ago for the first time in years. first bong hit just made everything a bit wavy and not quite solid- like weak dmt. Decided to cain it on the second hit:

my whole vision turned into a mosaic of handlike objects while still remaining 'intact'. The left side of my perspective vision started to fall away and swirl- i was going along with it. People watched on silently as I was left horrified that no one else was witnessing the fact I was in a liminal state between two dimensions.

Wasn't a nice one but very interesting effect which is quite distinct. DMT over it any day though- kind of similar without the paranoid/horrified consequence. Fine it only lasts a few minutes tops tho

Done it again about 2 weeks back, everthing started wobbling, and then suddenly all I could think about was that fucking Biggy Vs Thomas the Tank Engine thing, and I could just not stop laughing. For about 5 minutes. I almost broke a fucking rib.
