you do realise that when i say 'my guardian interview' that i am the journalist in question, not burial?? lol lol lol. commendably, burial himself doesn't give a crap about this kind of stuff, it's only journalists that care about other journalists' lack of ethics i think.

seriously, the guy fucking deserves it, he's totally fucked with me this week. this was what he put in the original piece:
He conducted a Bizarre phone interview where he confessed: “Only five people know I make tunes.”
except that was bullshit, he stole it from my guardian interview. so i complained and asked him to correct his flagrant lie and attribute the quote to the guardian. his response was to offer me money (which i refused obvs), and subsequently after i complained again he edited it to this bullshit:

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sh ... 508588.ece

basically he's complete scum.
ha! i brought that to their attention too when I first saw it, they didn't change it. very good piece you wrote back then btw

May that reporter fuck off out of the public eye and return to his spot under the rock to resume eating toothpaste and masturbating over the idea of a "real scoop".

One little point, I would have loved it if the photo he posted was a little less 'dubstep'.

A big cheesy grin and two thumbs up would have been one of the most hilarious things id have ever seen

I hope that really dirty dubstep track that was on the Untrue preview mix is going to be released (possibly called Speedball 2).
the mans a fucking genius at what he does.
Definitely. Untrue is one of the finest albums my ears have had the pleasure of receiving. Thank you Burial :h:

I, for one, look forward to Burials new life as a tabloid celebrity. I presume next week we can expect 'exclusive' pics of him falling out of the Met Bar at 3am, nostrils ringed with cocaine, punching photographers, and dragging the blonde one out of Girls Aloud behind him.
