new track, industrial sounding, wip

Post by hubsmoke » Thu Aug 14, 2008 10:19 am

hey all, i'm new here.

i started trying to make dubstep a week ago and i'd really appreciate any feedback you all have.

my new work in progress is called "withered and dry", i just upped it on my myspace, only the first 1:30 have bass, the rest is just the drum track on loop. i don't even know if it's dubstep haha, but i'll go with it, cuz dubstep sounds cool.

there's a lot that i'm going to improve on this track, like having more varied drums, adjusting the levels, and perhaps tweaking the filters on the verrry high bass, cuz it's kind of loud, but it's different (i guess?), which is why i like it

my myspace is a collection of unfinished ideas/experiments, check em!

hi mate , nice idea but not going anyware im afraid , and the levels seem to be all over the place , fighting 4 space cause the bass is overpowering the rest of the track , but all that comes with learning , as they r mistakes i`ve made in the past !!!!!! make sure u got all the levels on your sound system right cause that could set u back !!!!!!

like that kuddle tune thou , has promise !!!!
