Great N-Type Quote: "Wheel Up Time"

Post by dub id » Sat Aug 23, 2008 4:56 am

Great N-Type quote from 6th July Rinse show:

"I don't care if you don't like rewinds! You can have it...Wheel-up time."

Just listening to that N-Type and Benga Rinse show from November.

I think I'm listening to it 50% for the tunes and 50% for the comedy.

That July 6th show is a good one! Another moment that had me bare creasing was when that HUGE tune (cant quite think of the name) got the pull and he said "Thats enough" sounding like he was being bludgeoned with a metal pipe .. if you've heard that show, you know what I'm talking about. Pure comedy.

This, N Types patter is as entertainin as his mixing. Pure Hilarity. Reckon my favourite quote is when he went on a tangent because there was chocolate on his dubs, pitting different types of chocolate against each other.

"MARS PLANETS ARE SIIIIICK!"

2 many jokes to choose from though, the "N TYPE boot bar" is another classic.
I want my beats to sound like arrhythmia.

It's all about the Rinse show where he was talking about his herbal viagra and he was rocking a hard on for a day.

I'm pretty sure he said something along those lines.

N Type is so joke, I hope that soundboard thing gets done, otherwise I wasted a good 10 minutes cutting quotes out of his sets
and its true who ever said the thing about 50% for the tunes and 50% for the comedy

what is the tune in the clip? definately worthy of a rewind

That was an amazing quote too. I remember that one. He always manages to say something that's like "U wot?" before the hilarity kicks in...

And also -- who doesn't love N-Type swapping "Edgeware Road" for "take this one from the edge..."

N-Type: "Straight backee! Taking this one from the edgeware road, dun know..."
