I tend to internalise too, although it more often than not spills out on to my face. Which I don't think is a particularly bad thing coz it lets other people know I'm not in the best of moods (also, keeping everything in is bad for health!).

I generally try to avoid taking it out on others though unless of course they're the direct cause of my misery and they need to be set right.

At the moment, cheesy as it might sound on here, listening to dubstep does wonders for my mood!

Every now and then, I find it useful to offload on someone else too. Most typically my boss  as a good chunk of my issues work-related.

curl up with the softest blanket ever, smoke a little hash, put some funny ass tv show on and watch like 4-5 episodes at once, and eat all the snacks you like.. (my personal favorites: pirates booty which i believe are only american, nachos, hazelnut/chocolate treats, bubble gum and rootbeer jelly bellys)....

then go for a walk at night with some comfy sweats, and find a comfortable spot to just relax... i used to go to this huge school yard at night and lay down in the middle of hte yard and look at the stars....

and just think your shit through.
you dont wana see me get eeeevil...

^lol. go for a hike. dunno if there are any mountains where you are, but if there are (even a hill will do), take a day and go by yourself (or with a good friend) for a long walk. bring your fone (in case u get lost) but turn it off so you can have some peace. it's sometimes nice to get away from other people and city life in general.

A massive dose of Jungle from the 1994-1998 period. Idealy an old Jungle Slammer or Hysteria tape pack. With a Cup of Tea and some Hob Nobs :D :D

Things what pick me up are...

Radiohead - Optimistic [Kid-A] the bit where Thoms goes.. DA NAHNAHNAH NAHHHHHHHH. Always makes me smile, no matter what mood I am in.

Early hours of the morning walks.

Seeing my best mate.

Changing my routine from time to time, I mean if you keep doing the same thing all the time you tend to just get into a miserable state.

And a nice Pie&Mash and cuppa tea from the... Pie&Mash shop funnily enough

When I'm down, I usually just smoke weed and watch a horror film. I dunno why, but that combo always makes me feel better.
