hey people..i'm a dnb dj..but i want to start mixing in some dubstep tunes.so what i want to ask you guys is...can someone tip me with some real proper tunes..with twisted hardcore basslines and trippy beats that's recently released? please name the site where i can buy them too...but if that's too much to ask..a track name will do too.

oh man, i just can't leave you hanging- feel too guilty having joined a forum myself recently where i ask stupid questions and get heat off the cliquey regulars.

reading the newcomers thread at the top would be a good place to start. try caspa, rusko and skream i guess.

oh, and good luck mixing dupstep into d&b.

Have a look and see if any of your favourite D&B producers are making dubstep.

be more descriptive in what your lookin for?

"twisted basslines & trippy beats" could be applied to almost any dubstep tune i reckon

still not really sure what your lookin for mate. But if you like d&b you might enjoy one of these.

Zed Bias : Solitary Drop (with Joshua Black) / Colditz : Aquatic Lab Records,
Toasty : The knowledge / Lke sun - Hot Flush

otherwise check out skream, benga, rusko maybe

i normally buy my shit from either

anything mate, seriously look for yourself on chemical, you wont be disappointed there is SO much for someone new to the scene to get into.

may I suggest a bit of bar 9, kromestar.

ease yourself into a bit of dubpolice but dont stray too far then hit up some red volume, rinse em out then delve deeper.

the joy of dubsep for me when I first got into it was the mystery and finding out for yourself. Make sure you go here too

click on the dubplate section

doesn't sound like the stuff I am overly interested in, but for the grinding windy basslines...

Trill Bass
Reso
FSTZ (a few wobblers, but standard dubwise head nodders as well, he's all over the spectrum reallly)

Claw
Abz

really, why not tell us what kinda DNB you were into and that will most likely give us all the answer.... name some tracks you have heard that you've liked.

BTW, if you happen to like techno or garage, Burial... Martyn... Marcus Intalex... Tempa(label), Tectonic, etc...

all kinds of dubstep.

Really for the grinding bounce step that you are describing(Noisiviolence?)

Claw and Trill Bass, most stuff on Shift Recordings.
