Haha, so silly. The 80s vibe on this is just bonkers.

I get the feeling the hi-hat hit on the 3rd beat is ever so slightly off in one of the samples - so you get a sort of almost double hit in some places, and that phasing effect in others.

Could be intentional - My only real criticism to be honest.
