Full Line Up!!!

Post by dave bristol festival » Wed Sep 03, 2008 6:52 pm

The Bristol Festival Community Group is proud to release the full line up for the Bristol Festival 2008. The two day event will be held on September 20th and 21st 2008 at Waterfront Square, the Amphitheatre and various nightclubs and locations around the Bristol City Centre. With a huge range of talent from across the South West of England, the Bristol Festival has something for everyone.

The full line up consists of DJ's, Bands, Musicians, Performers, Dancers, Street Theatre, Short Films, Workshops and much, much more.

We are collaborating with many of the South West's best promoters, community groups, artists and performers to end the summer with a spectacular event.

This year's festival comes in TWO parts:

1 - "Brizzolfest" is the main event location based in the Amphitheatre and Waterfront Square, both in the centre of Bristol. This is where the main festival buzz will be with stages, tents, workshops, art installations, crazy costumed walkabouts and a whole host of unexpected delights. 11am-10pm both sat and sun.
2 - The "Rave-on-Avon" is a multi-venue night time programme. One wristband will gain entry into 10 different venues on the Saturday night (including Igfest at the Louisiana); so you can carry on until the early hours of the morning and experience the best of the regions electronic music scene from drum and bass and dubstep, to house and electro. These tickets are only available in conjunction with Brizzolfest tickets sold to over 18's.
