Yeah actually it was my bad phrasing (was it, I can't remember what I just wrote now!), I meant when you say US v UK is like content v delivery, the US emphasis on content actually makes that 'content' vacuous. So it's not really content at all. Get me. I just totally forgot about your closing sentence, cuz I'm in a rush.
