Me too mate, although my cravings are manageable at the moment.

Bluke Bossaphoonik has all sorts of bands down with a variety of different influences and flavours (latin, afro, caribbean etc) heavy night.
glad to hear mate, and it sounds like a pretty sick...might have to make the trip sometime
You should mate, El and his housemates would be happy to accommodate you (as they are me), that goes for anyone else on the forum aswell

Triathlon aye. I've done a few of those. Get a massage afterwards, helps the legs recover.

I'm gonna keep the crazy quoting going on.

It's a triathlon for HSBC employees, down at Dorney Lake, by Windsor. I'm doing the Olympic distance - 1500m Swim, 40km Cycle (which for a long long time I thought was only 30km), and then a 10km run. Gonna be swimming in open water for the first time too - I've never done 'pack swimming'.

Pack swimming is pretty aggro, i'd hang back a bit and let the super keen people head off first. You'll still probably have to swim over people which is pretty rough, but it's all part of the fun! Open water swimming is fun, it's better than being in a pool because you don't have to stop for the walls and you can find your rhythm easy.
You got a wetsuit? Swimming in a wetsuit for the first time is odd too, it's quite restrictive.
So have fun...

lol I'll try. Cheers for the words of advice, I'll be sure to forget them in a panic as the race starts ;)

Thanks for the encouragement, ninjas!
